Pioneer Homes is a custom home builder. While we provide a package of suggested plans, we realize that different people have different tastes and needs, and thus we aim to be flexible in all areas of our operations. While we provide a package of suggested plans, we are more than willing to adapt our plans, or to create a workable solution from ideas and drawings you provide us. Our experienced drafting department works hard to make every house a home.

The following is a list of the building materials and finishing included in the pricing of a standard house package. In some places, upgrade options are also indicated. Please note that our own Interior Decorators are available to meet with you and discuss all aspects of color coordination and available styles to help tailor your home to you and your lifestyle. We welcome you to come down to meet and consult with our specialists to find the perfect choices in floor covering, paint, interior finishing, cabinets, electrical and plumbing to suit you. These services are available at no charge to customers of Pioneer Homes.

Floor System:

• Rim Joists with 1.5" rigid foam insulation of R-7.5 value

• 1/2" Water resistant drywall on bath walls
• 6 ml CGSB Poly Vapor Barrier
• 7/16" OSB Exterior Sheathing

Other Important Items:

• Codes will be Followed and Inspections will be done as per Jurisdiction that has Authority
• CSA certified
• Pioneer Homes will carry Builders Risk and Liability Insurance During the Construction Period
• Pioneer Homes will be Responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duties for Homes Entering the United States
• All Applicable Taxes are Extra
• All Delivery Charges are Extra
